Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but felt very old with stains on the floor and even insects, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the hotel is right on the beach and housekeeping was great. The service was attentive and helpful, except for a confusing self-parking situation. The location is convenient for various activities, although there were some changes in staff. The dining options were delicious but overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
It is a little bit old and outdated, priced at US$600 per night, which was absolutely not worth it. The rooms have popcorn ceilings.
I was on the 9th floor of the Lahaina Tower and, from inside our room, had a great view, but unfortunately, it smelled badly of mold. The rooms were pretty old and shabby for $400 a night, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel seems to be in a somewhat hidden location, surrounded by bushes, with older and worn-out rooms that do not match the online pictures and suffer from humidity issues. Service, on the other hand, stands out with friendly and helpful staff, including valets and concierge. The central location is great for beach access but needs maintenance work. The dining experience fell short of expectations with limited and bland options.
My stay at the hotel was a bit underwhelming. While the rooms were decently spaced and comfortable, I expected a bit more for the price paid. On the bright side, the service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
The hotel rooms were just wonderful, exceeding my expectations despite needing some updating and TLC. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff making my stay enjoyable. The location offered convenience to dining and shopping venues, although some maintenance work was needed in common areas. The dining experience was pleasant, and the facilities were well-kept.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and with lovely surroundings, but the rooms felt outdated for the price. The service was great, and the dining options were good but a bit expensive. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
